Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, in Cambodia’s capital, has appointed Juan Mercadante as General Manager. Mercadante was pre-opening General Manager at the first Andaz brand in South Korea. He has overseen of projects with Hyatt including rebranding, deflagging and pre-opening properties.
