Oracle Corporation, announced today that Abu Dhabi-based Royal Jet is deploying Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance loyalty among its executive and medical evacuation client base.

In addition to its CRM effort, Royal Jet is also consolidating its accounting environment with Oracle Financials for more effective reporting, analysis and decision-making capabilities.

Royal Jet forecasts that its CRM project will enable its customer support staff to boost their productivity by unifying sales and marketing efforts. The aviation group is also targeting a higher business ‘win rate’ by centralising and analysing new sales opportunities while tracking its regional competition in the private jet sector.

Similarly, Royal Jet anticipates closing its books faster, making better business decisions based on real-time data and reducing the overall cost of running its operation through the integrated nature of the Oracle Financials solution.

“As Royal Jet was launched in 2003, we’re determined from the outset to create a loyal, long-term base of clients that recognize the value of flexible, luxurious, confidential and convenient air travel. Centralizing and tracking our customer service information online gives Royal Jet a wealth of information about our passengers’ needs and preferences, and enables us to tailor our aviation offerings to specific market demand,” stated Ammar Balkar, director of sales and marketing, Royal Jet.

“As the region’s private jet service sector matures, Royal Jet is set to differentiate itself in terms of customer focus and service. We found the Oracle E-Business Suite to be the only comprehensive solution available that could unify all of our processes and information in a secure, robust, and reliable environment,” Balkar continued.
