The German airline Lufthansa has launched its flight between Munich and Dubai.
The debut flight had a number of high-ranking Lufthansa officials as well as 10 journalists from leading German daily newspapers and travel and trade publications.
Attending a three-day meeting arranged for the Lufthansa delegates, DTCM manager missions, Hamad bin Mejren, said that the start of the Munich-Dubai flight has opened another significant chapter of co-operation and long-term relations in the field of tourism and trade. “Europe is our target source market and Germany holds immense importance for us. Munich being Germany’s third biggest city an air link with Munich is bound to have a very highly productive outcome for Dubai’s tourism industry and other economic sectors.”
Lufthansa will operate Dubai-Munich flight five times a week.
