In response to the customer demand for its distinctive travel services since its launch on October 28, Air Arabia, the UAE’s third national airline, has appointed the first set of travel agents in Dubai and Sharjah to service the UAE market.

“Travel agents will make a major contribution to the development of Air Arabia.  We have appointed the first set of travel agents in the UAE - mainly Dubai and Sharjah,” said Adel Ali, Air Arabia’s CEO.   “We believe that our travel agents network will assist Air Arabia in accommodating and servicing all its customer’s demands,” he added.
Travel agents will advise Air Arabia customers on the routes, destination, as well as provide them with the standard booking service. The appointed travel agents in Sharjah include Al Faisal Travel Tourism, Sharjah Airport Travel Agency, Al Qawadi Travel & Tours and Khorfakkan Agency.  In Dubai, Air Arabia has appointed Al Kazim Travel Agency, Belhasa Tourism, and Gulf Wings Travel Agency.
“In order to accommodate the huge response to the launch of Air Arabia’s travel services through the call centre and online booking service at www.airarabia.com, travel agents have been appointed to offer customers an all round booking experience.
We have also ensured that the appointed agents are efficient, reliable, and have a thorough understanding of Air Arabia’s fare structure, booking procedures, and distinctive travel operations,” added Adel.
Air Arabia is currently flying to Bahrain, Beirut (Lebanon), Damascus (Syria), Kuwait and Muscat (Oman).
