For both fasting and non-fasting guests, Ramadaneyyat evenings at Pronto at the Fairmont offers a relaxing venue to take in a game of chess or dominos. 

Hot Sahlab with cinnamon and assorted nuts will be served, along with cooler options such as Kamar Eldine and Tamarind.  Tableside Turkish coffee preparation enhances the ambience from sunset to 23:30 hrs, located on the lobby level.

Also, breakfast in the atrium with Cascades’ Iftar buffet featuring welcome juices and Arabic coffees, along with regular and speciality mezzeh, and Mediterranean appetisers and salads.  Dh95 per person, served from sunset until 10pm, located on the lobby level.
Alternatively, seek out the Alwan Ramadan café on the 9th floor, poolside, for shisha and mezzeh late into the night. 

Sip on a fresh juice or enjoy a fine selection of coffees and teas to relax while you inhale the wafting aroma of shisha.

Spectrum on One

Exploding from 170 to 205 fabulous dishes on the menu, award-winning Spectrum on One continues to please!  October 1st heralds an expansion to the east, with an exciting new range of choice straight from the Chinese show kitchen.
Authentic delights such as wok-fried mud crab in black pepper and crispy fried duck challenge favourites chicken Kung Pao, Manchurian or sweet & sour.  For lovers of the sea, Szechuan prawns and scallops with Chinese greens top the list.
To enhance your eastern feast, enjoy a complimentary bottle of Chinese white wine when ordering exclusively from Spectrum on One’s Chinese menu - appetiser and entrée, one bottle per couple.  Taste the sensation for yourself from October 1st - 31st only at Spectrum on One. 
Spectrum on One is open evenings from 7pm until 1am with the bar open from 6pm until 2am.

The Exchange Grill

More than two months on from the ‘Glorious Twelfth’ and the Game Season is well under way.  Sous Chef Todd Cheavins and his team at The Exchange Grill have bagged some prime specimens from moors and uplands across Europe, specially hung and selected for game lovers here in Dubai.
Complementing the distinctive flavours of wild game fowl, such as pheasant, duck and pigeon, are a number of specially created sauces and condiments.
Starting at Dh35, appetisers include the delicate flavours of pheasant consommé and the distinctive palate of rabbit & veal pate.  A delightful selection of entrees ranges from the baked partridge tartlette to the roast venison loin, priced between Dh125 - Dh145.
The cool chic grill for relaxed dining whether it’s business or pleasure. The Exchange Grill is open nightly from 7pm until 1am, located on the 2nd level.

Cigar Bar & The Exchange Grill

Celebrate the Fall season in style with The Exchange Grill’s Cigar Dinner on October 15th, 2003.  Begin your evening with a classy combination of cigars & cocktails at the Cigar Bar, followed by a superb 3-course dinner in The Exchange Grill including a trilogy of Exchange favourites for appetisers and a delicious main course from the carvery.  The silky crème caramel with fresh berries rounds off the meal accompanied by a selection of cigars.  With resident cigar sage, David Beaufort, on hand to host this exclusive evening, this event is not to be missed at Dh250 per person.
The Exchange Grill is open nightly from 7pm until 1am.
