The holy month of Ramadan is round the corner that brings along a special atmosphere of outdoor iftaars - a chance to relax and enjoy the weather as it starts to cool.
Sheraton Oman Hotel gears up for the occasion organising a host of activities for the upcoming Ramadan.
The ambience will be built by setting up the ‘Café Ramadan’ at the Sheraton Qurum Beach Club. A live band will liven the atmosphere while people get together and enjoy the Ramadan goodies.
Special food stalls will sell a variety of mouth-watering kebabs, shwarmas, mezzeh, sweets, tea, coffee and juices. To keep the young guests entertained and occupied, a kid’s village will also be set-up that will include loads of fun and entertainment in the form of rides, games and activities galore.
A lavish iftaar buffet will be laid out at the Green Mountain restaurant specially prepared under the expert care of executive sous chef Mamoun. Speciality dishes will include a choice of scrumptious mezzehs or appetizers. Iftaar catering menus will be available for parties at the hotel and outside catering as well.
The hotel will also be introducing special Ramadan weekend package. A classic single room will be for RO25 and a classic double room for RO30. These rates include complimentary breakfast at the Green Mountain restaurant, late check out until 1800 hours, free entrance to the bowling alley, complimentary use of the pool and recreational activities and complimentary stay for two children up to 16 years of age.
In co-operation with Qatar Airways, Sheraton Oman will be raffling two return air tickets to destinations on the Qatar Airways network, as well as complimentary stay in prime Sheraton properties.
