Following the recent signing of the contract for the future Movenpick Hotel Dubai Pearl (opening in 2005), now Movenpick Hotels & Resorts has arranged to take over a 4-star deluxe hotel already operating in Dubai, The Movenpick Hotel Bur Dubai.
With an advantageous location, in proximity to Wafi City and Deira as well as only 10 minutes away from the Dubai World Trade Centre, the new Movenpick hotel will be the perfect base for both business people and tourists alike.
The 232 modern rooms, including 50 suites, are spread over five floors and enables the Movenpick Hotel Bur Dubai to offer guests every form of comfort and convenience.
Services include interactive TV, Internet access, 24-hour room service, limousine service, babysitting facilities, gift shop, swimming pool, fitness centrew, beauty salon and a multi-storey car park for 200 vehicles. A business centre and an executive lounge are available on the executive floor for business guests.
The Movenpick Hotel Bur Dubai offers an Italian, Mexican and a Lebanese restaurants as well as a traditional English pub and cafe lounge.
Events and banquets are well 0 taken care of. A separate entrance leads to the area of the hotel, where visitors will find state-of-the-art technology in operation to enhance all kinds of functions.
The ballroom can accommodate 450 people and is equipped with audio-visual features as well as a hydraulically-operated, revolving stage.
