Quintessential New York style is brought to Dubai at Manhattan Grill, one of Grand Hyatt Dubai’s signature restaurants.
“The emphasis at Manhattan Grill is on perfectly-recreated authentic grill cuisine, with produce specially imported from the USA for Grand Hyatt Dubai,” stated Max Burkhalter, executive chef, Grand Hyatt Dubai.

Located on the Lobby level adjacent to the atrium, Manhattan Grill benefits from its own bar area where diners can relax over drinks and cocktails and sample one of the restaurant’s signature Martinis.
As the name suggests, the restaurant’s menu specialises in grilled meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Menu appetizers include ocean-fresh shellfish, Dungeness crab cakes, and freshly shucked oysters as well as the finest Beluga caviar, tasty chowder and soups.
Manhattan Grill is open for dinner six nights a week from 7.30pm until midnight; it is closed on Saturday.
