Park Hyatt New York unveils the city’s highest suite, the all new three-bedroom Manhattan Sky Suite, available for $50,000 per night with a minimum seven-night stay

Park Hyatt New York has unveiled its most exclusive addition: the ultra-luxury Manhattan Sky Suite with sweeping and unrivalled 360-degree views of Manhattan’s skyline and Central Park.

Located on the 59th floor of the iconic One57 luxury residential tower above the hotel on W. 57th St., the Manhattan Sky Suite is the highest Central Park-facing suite on the city’s luxury hotel market.

“New York City is a dynamic and interesting place but the luxury segment was a little bit standstill since the opening of Park Hyatt in 2014, so we thought of creating something new,” says Peter Roth, area vice president and general manager, Park Hyatt New York. “With this in mind we carved out a piece of the sky above Manhattan and created the Manhattan Sky Suite. I believe we have orchestrated something that will impress everybody.”

The expansive 4,200 sq ft three-bedroom suite features 11-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, a full chef’s kitchen, and its crown jewel: The Grand Salon, a light-filled living and dining space designed with neutral hues and elegant furnishings.

Guests of the Jeffery Beers International-designed Manhattan Sky Suite have a front-row seat to Central Park’s seasonal foliage changes. Accessed via private elevator from the hotel lobby, the suite draws inspiration from the Upper East Side’s chicly appointed penthouses and is truly a remarkable suite in the sky for one-of-a-kind stays.

The refined comforts of a home-away-from-home include a spacious living area divided between seating and dining sections by a glass-enclosed three-piece gas fireplace, a full chef’s kitchen with professional-grade Miele appliances, three stylishly appointed bedrooms with Frette linens and breathtaking views and 3.5 bathrooms each arrayed in marble with walk-in rain showers, soaking tubs and Le Labo bath amenities.

In collaboration with Nordstrom, the master bedroom’s walk-in closet is personally styled upon arrival for guests, with seasonal clothing and accessories available for purchase from the retailer’s new NYC flagship. In-suite personal styling services from Nordstrom are also available.

Included in the Manhattan Sky Suite experience are BLADE Helicopter airport transfers, a dedicated butler service, a personal chef, daily breakfast and 60-minute treatments at the hotel’s award-winning Spa Nalai for up to six guests.

Angus Pitkethley, director of sales & marketing, says, “The Middle East represents the top five of Park Hyatt New York’s international market, which is quite a nice surprise since we are only five years old. This market has tended stay at the older, more traditional-style properties but as we have more of a residential feel, I believe this has been part of our success with the Middle East.”
