Facilities and services include airport limousine service and complimentary scheduled shuttle services to Subang Parade and Sunway Pyramid shopping centres located near the hotel. For a vigorous workout, Hyatt Fitness Centre offers a fully equipped gym, sauna, steambath, whirlpool and a juice bar. Hyatt’s exclusive ‘hotel within a hotel’ offers a superior level of personalised service designed to meet and exceed the expectation of business travellers in terms of comfort and luxury. Located at a separate wing, the Regency Club is designed in a unique setting to provide excellent services. Guests staying at this exclusive Regency Club wing can enjoy luxurious amenities and personalised service. The concierge area at the Regency Club Lounge will assist guests with arrangements ranging from dinner reservations to flight confirmations, from city tours to speedy check-ins and check-outs. Also located at the Regency Club Lounge are two private boardrooms to cater for small meetings with a seating capacity of 10 persons. A private work area is available near the Regency Club reception area for administrative assistance and Internet access. Guests can also enjoy complimentary continental buffet breakfast, evening cocktails and coffee or tea served throughout the day at the Regency Club Lounge.
All Regency Club rooms are designed for comfort and convenience. Each room has an attractive bay window offering a scenic view of the swimming pool and the lake or the golf course and country club in the distance. The bathroom is fitted with an oversized bathtub, separate shower, toilet and vanity as well as a spacious dressing area and a walk-in-closet.
The Executive Suites are tastefully designed and the furnishings reflect the classical Malaysian style. Rich ‘Meranti’ wood makes up the wardrobe and neatly conceals the executive bar. All suites have individually controlled air conditioning, satellite television and in-house movies, IDD telephone and voice mail, a second telephone line for computer modem, automatic self-dial wake-up call, coffee and tea making facilities, mini bar, hairdryer and a personal safe.
Dining at Hyatt Regency Saujana is a delightful experience of city dining each conveniently tucked in a resort setting. The choices of restaurants and bars are suitable for all occasions, from business lunches to romantic dinners by the lakeside. There are seven food and beverage outlets located in the vicinity of the hotel namely Senja Italian Restaurant, Suria Café, Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant, Bayu Lounge, Ti Chen Chinese Restaurant, Golfer’s Terrace and the upbeat RP Entertainment Centre.
Senja Italian Restaurant. Built on stilts above a man-made lake, diners get swept away to Venice where a local live jazz band performs nightly except Mondays from 7:30pm until 10:15pm. Main dining room features a show kitchen which serves piping hot pizzas and bread from wood burning oven, as well as favourite pasta dishes and other Italian specialities for a romantic dinner at the veranda on the lakefront.  Suria Café offers an alternative dining experience in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, serving home cooked local fare of Nyonya, Malay and Western specialities.
Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant showcases a typical Japanese countryside dining setting with a variety of country favourites prepared at the show kitchen. Bayu Lounge features cocktail and snacks with a soothing view of the poolside.  ‘Rumah Peranakan’ or better known as ‘RP’, a yesteryear charm, is a traditionally built bungalow influenced by Malay, Chinese and Portuguese architecture. RP features a wine bar, cigar lounge, live band, island bar, show kitchen, dance floor, pool table and alfresco dining entertained by a talented DJ all night long.
Pamper yourself to an hour of traditional Balinese Spa Treatment at our newly opened, JojoBali Spa and experience the ancient art of Balinese Massage using aromatic essential oils and traditional herbs. During the Spa treatment, an Aromatic Eye Pillow is placed on the eyes for total relaxation. Hyatt Regency Saujana has a wide range of conference and banquet facilities ideal for business conferences and meetings. The Saujana Ballroom and nine other meeting rooms can accommodate events ranging from 10 to 600 persons. Set in a tranquil setting, the function rooms are all located in one area providing convenience to cater for multiple events with break-up sessions. The meeting rooms overlook the landscaped gardens and the man-made lake. Dinner party by the poolside is also an option. There is ample space for team building exercises and meetings within the resort grounds.
Founded in 1984, Saujana Golf and Country Club is nestled alongside the beauty of the hotel, Hyatt Regency Saujana amid to two 18-hole golf courses namely ‘Palm Course’ and ‘Bunga Raya Course’.  These courses are exquisitely designed for championship play by the renowned golf course landscaped architect, Ronald Fream Design Group California, USA.
