Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS) recently honoured the winners of its new E-learning program competition, which runs each month.
The competition was held to encourage staff to utilise the E-learning program, which was launched last year as part of efforts to develop employees' skills and improve productivity.
Employees who successfully complete their online training program will be automatically entered into the monthly draw.
On this occasion, senior manager learning and development, Khalid Al Bastaki, said: "We aim to reduce the time and effort required for our employees to complete training and provide them with the opportunity to study at a time and place of their preference."
“This type of training has been very successful around the world, which is why BAS has launched the project,” he added.
