The readers of Departures, a luxury lifestyle magazine published exclusively for American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders in the USA, featured more Four Seasons properties on their Top 20 Australia/Asia list than any other hotel company, a report said
This is the first time the magazine has published the Departures Readers' Favourite Survey: Travel. The survey received over 50,000 online responses, as readers selected their favourites among big city hotels, boutique hotels, country hotels, luxury resorts, ski lodges, beach hotels, domestic and international airlines and cruise lines. Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa ranked number one as the highest scoring Asian resort on the Top 20 list. Sister hotels - Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, Four Seasons Tokyo at Chinzan-so, Four Seasons Resort Ball at Jimbaran Bay and Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai -were also the top winners in each location. Singapore led the poll with five hotels listed.
