DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has appointed Satya Singh as the new sous chef. He will work closely with the executive chef to create Asian-inspired culinary masterpieces at Sanchaya. Prior to this, Chef Satya was with the Hilton Salalah Resort for five years.
