The Rotana Group appointed Ibrahim Addam as general manager of Hili Rayhaan. Ibrahim’s responsibilities cover all aspects of the hotel’s general operations including recruitment, procurement, and owner relationship. His most recent role was acting general manager at Burgu and Tango Arjaan, in Istanbul.
