Nakheel Properties has officially launched Jumeirah Lake Towers - an ultra modern property development located just off Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
Comprising 45 uniquely designed towers it will create a contemporary community within itself. Encompassing residential, office and retail outlets, the towers will be clustered together in groups of three and set amidst crystal clear lakes and flowing waterways.
"Every tower will be unique, not just in the number of storeys but in concept, design and feel," said Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, chairman of Nakheel."Overall the project will epitomise modern architecture and provide the very best of waterside environments for residents, office workers and leisure seekers alike. We will work closely with each investor in developing their plans to ensure this vision of Jumeirah Lake Towers is realised."
"We have already had a fantastic response from investors both locally and internationally and have subsequently sold 70 percent of the development. Investors have been visibly impressed by the plans for the project and particularly by the clever use of water to create the most idyllic of surroundings to work, rest or play," Sulayem continued.
Discussing further elements of the project Sulayem said, "An impressive 55-storey tower will form the centerpiece of the community and house further offices, a hotel and a gold and diamond centre. Additionally, there will be retail and restaurant outlets and extensively manicured gardens all located within the secure and peaceful environment."
