Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort has appointed Chef Peeush Chawla as the new executive chef. A young talent from India, Chef Chawla has worked with Taj and Oberoi groups, Per Aquum Huvafenfushi, Sheraton Hotel Sharjah, KOI Japanese Restaurant by TDIC Abu Dhabi, and Saadiyat Beach Club.
