Baros Maldives is offering guests and enthusiastic divers the opportunity to adopt and name a Manta Ray by participating in a survey being conducted by Divers Baros Maldives, the resort’s PADI five-star Gold Palm Dive Centre. Baros Maldives is known for its beautiful house reef and the stunning dive sites within its proximity. In an effort to sustain the rich underwater life, the centre is constantly conducting studies and surveys, including this latest survey to identify the many Manta Rays that can be seen at the various dive sites close to the island. This has resulted in the identifying of new Manta Rays which have been entered into the first scientific database for Manta Rays maintained by the international Manta Matcher Organisation.
