Cora De Conceicao-Stuart has joined the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa as director of sales and marketing.
As a member of the 264-room 'destination resort's' conversion team, Cora has been responsible for establishing the entire sales and marketing function and directing all aspects of catering and conference services as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company assumed the management of hotel.
Having flagged the resort on January 1, 2003, Cora has been inundated with inquiries and firm bookings from tour operators, meeting and incentive bookers and individual travellers who are intrigued about the destination and the latest Ritz-Carlton acquisition.
She also has a unique opportunity to work closely with Bahrain's tourism and hospitality officials as they expand the leisure business in the country.
