A Premier Room in the recently opened Pan Pacific Beijing

Pan Pacific Hotel has opened in the prime Xicheng district of Beijing, offering unparalleled access to the renowned financial street and the capital city’s administrative centre. The hotel’s strategic location also puts it within a 2.5-km walking radius to historical landmarks like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.

Built to the highest specifications, Pan Pacific Beijing features 220 luxurious and contemporary guestrooms and suites which start from an expansive 45 sq m.

The meticulous and thoughtful design of this new-build hotel is evident through unique touches such as a retractable roof for its 20-metre indoor swimming pool and a conservatory-style Winter Garden on Level 1, which is connected to Exchange, the all-day dining restaurant.

Dining options will include Pan Pacific’s signature Hai Tien Lo Chinese restaurant and Keyaki Japanese restaurant. Refreshing leisure facilities are located on a dedicated wellness floor, which, in addition to the swimming pool, will include a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness centre as well as a spa with steam and sauna facilities.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group added the news of the appointment of Pan Pacific Beijing’s general manager, Larry Lv. “We warmly welcome Larry and his team to Pan Pacific Beijing. Larry has amassed two decades of luxury hospitality experience in his native country, having managed hotels under global brands such as Shangri-La and Intercontinental. Recognised for his deep knowledge of the market and operational expertise, Larry will lead our flagship in China to being one of the top hotels in the city and set the benchmark for our brand’s expansion into other first-tier cities in China,” said Lothar Nessmann, chief executive officer, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

Besides Pan Pacific Beijing, Pan Pacific Hotels Group operates five Pan Pacific properties in the cities of Ningbo, Suzhou, Tianjin and Xiamen.
