Radisson Blu launches comic webisodes “Lara is 30”

Radisson Blu hotel at Deira Creek in Dubai is running a creative marketing campaign with the help of international filmmaker Naim Zaboura. A serialized webisode story will keep fans interested.

The story is about a young, career-oriented woman named Lara, whose Lebanese parents met and got married at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek 32 years ago and now live in the UK. She just turned 30 and got a job offer from a multinational company based in Dubai. However, her outmoded parents want her to tie the knot before she moves to the city where dreams become reality. Lara has decided to give it a shot.

There are twists and turns in every engrossing webisode. As she faces the issues of almost every Dubai expat, it will be webisodes to look forward to. Every Sunday until August 13, Lara will be meeting a variety of potential life partners. TTN is informed that the webisode promises not to be the perfect stereotypical slapstick comedy, but it does depict the dating dilemmas we all come across living in Dubai.

And that’s not all! The iconic 43-year-old hotel is also offering discounts for up to 25 per cent on total billing for whoever mentions “Lara is 30” across all its 8 restaurants.
