Unlike stereotypical butlers, the Evason butlers reflect the atmosphere of the resorts. They ensure that everything down to the smallest detail is taken care of, and that guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Butler service commences prior to guest arrival, when they make sure that everything is in order with the pool villa and that any prior requests and specifics from previous stays have been arranged. The host butler greets their assigned guests on arrival and accompanies them to the pool villa, taking care that they are familiar with the villa and the services offered by the resort. Butlers are always at the ready and may be contacted simply by pressing a single key on the villa telephone, which connects to an individual butler. From arranging movie and audio CDs for a guest's personal entertainment system in the pool villa, to checking special dietary requirements, organizing excursions or planning a picnic on a nearby island, each butler is skilled in carrying out the request. And each butler has the talent to become invisible when not needed!
