A group of investors have signed an agreement to pick up a stake in the Four Seasons Damascus project, now under construction in the Syrian capital.
The hotel is owned by the Syrian Saudi Company for Touristic Investments (SSTI), a joint venture between the Syrian government and Kingdom Holdings Company of Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. The agreement for the private placement of the stake was signed by SSTI chairman Prince Alwaleed at his residence in Riyadh.
