The Al Bustan Hotel and Residence: quiet locale and great facilities.

The Al Bustan Residence Hotel Apartments in Dubai will be showcasing its five-star facilities at this month's ITB International Tourism Exchange in Berlin.

"Our main objective is to introduce our property and to meet and sign deals with tour operators who sell Dubai as a business, pleasure and leisure destination," said general manager Moussa El Hayek.

The hotel which also participated in ITB 2002 considers the meet an ideal opportunity to promote itself as a destination in Dubai.

The hotel provides a family environment and a comprehensive array of services and facilities.

According to El Hayek the hotel provides the basic facilities of a five-star hotel and the comforts of home.

He said that tourism in Dubai has grown immensely and has a promising future especially with huge investments being made and new hotels and resorts coming up. The festivals and exhibitions also tend to improve the profile of Dubai as an increasingly popular destination.

According to El Hayek the meet represents an attractive opportunity to encourage travellers to explore the attractiveness of the region.

The hotel's spectrum of guests is varied and come from all parts of the world.

Generally the visitors from the GCC countries are the highest in number but the hotel is also popular among visitors from the CIS, Europe and from outside Dubai in the UAE.

The hotel has a busy calendar of events and is a centre for many of the events during the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises.

A gamut of performers and artistes perform here during these festivals attracting more and more people to visit.

A comprehensive food court and the popular Fantasy Kingdom amusement arcade have proved to be one of the main attractions of the hotel, with children from the area flocking to enjoy its rides and games.

The hotel has recently introduced "the executive club", a new addition that caters to the business traveller visiting Dubai.

El Hayek said, "at Al Bustan Centre and Residence, we have already established ourselves as a family destination and by introducing the executive club we aim at targeting the business traveller".

About the various facilities and services El Hayek explained, "the executive club comprises 36 studio suites and 16 executive suites. All fully furnished and equipped with in-room facilities like internet connection, safe deposit boxes, mini fridge, special amenities and other facilities.

At the executive "private lounge", guests can have meetings, enjoy complimentary breakfast, or read the latest news while having tea coffee or juices in privacy.

All guests will receive a whole range of personalised services like VIP welcome at the airport, express check in and check out at a private dedicated reception, internet and e-mail assistance, airline reservation and many other services that guarantee a comfortable stay.

For business, the full-fledged business centre is a comfortable area that caters to small meetings and large seminars along with all the necessary secretarial assistance for relaxation guests can enjoy any of the health club sections: the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and tennis courts."

El Hayek concluded: "The first class facilities and the hospitality of our well trained staff would surely make the stay of any business executive a worthwhile experience."
