Dynasty, the Chinese restaurant at the Ramada Hotel Dubai is now open after an extensive new decoration.
Chef Lee has created cuisine from Szechwan, Canton, Peking and a vegetarian fare, making it an most authentic Chinese dining venue, according to a hotel official. "The Dynasty has a warm inviting interior featuring dark red mahogany walls." Regulars are given a set of personal and inscribed Chinese chopsticks. The architectural firm Wrenn Associates has designed the restaurant.
