The Millennium Hotel Sharjah, Millennium Hotels and Resorts' second venture in the UAE, opens its doors to the public on December 28, 2002 as part of its soft opening launch.

Shiraz, the Iranian restaurant and Mojo, the Seafood restaurant is scheduled to open at the end of February.
