Taj Royal is the in-house loyalty programme of Taj Palace. All members also receive an additional card that entitles them up to sign up easily for the Taj Inner Circle which in turn offers them select discounts on dining and accommodation at most Taj hotels around the world.
"All our Taj Royal members can also enjoy a complimentary night in an Executive Room, the largest of its kind in Dubai. The best part is that all certificates in the membership package - with a total value of over $817 - are fully transferable, allowing friends, family and business associates to enjoy deluxe dining including accommodation," said Yannick Poupon, general manager.
"The clear advantage of offering guests utilising special cards like our Taj Royal as compared to frequent flyer cards or simply local consumer cards enables the cardholders to enjoy great savings and discounts on our rooms, meals and recreation services," said Kiran Wagle, director of sales and marketing. He adds "We have successfully tied-up with various banks and charge card companies offering special schemes to boost usage of our outlets and the usage of the bank charge cards for mutual benefit.
Wagle adds: "The Taj Group partners with top of the line industry partners like Emirates and other major airlines providing frequent flyer members to accumulate points when billed at any of the Taj properties in India and worldwide. Very recently when our sister hotel Taj Exotica Resort and Spa in Maldives opened, Skywards members were in for a whooping 2,500 air mile points when staying at the resort for a minimum of six nights. If they stay with Taj Palace Dubai, all Skyward members collect 500 points for every stay.
