This festive season, The Fullerton Singapore offers a treat for all Gulf travellers. For a traditional celebration, The Fullerton creates the perfect atmosphere for your enjoyment of Yuletide cheer, from carols and gifts to festive wining, dining and music.

Experience the celebratory mood with The Fullerton's Holiday Cheer package at $230 inclusive of a $50 net food and beverage credit per night for use at Town Restaurant and Bar, The Courtyard, Post Bar, In-Room Dining and the Mini-bar. Valid till February 16, 2003. A minimum of two-nights' stay is required, plus a $50 premium for New Year's Eve check-in.

The festive dining at The Fullerton Singapore offers a wide variety of gastronomic delights to suit all palates. At Town Restaurant and Bar the spectacular Christmas Day champagne brunch at $98 per person, features traditional roasted turkey and a selection of Christmas desserts. For dinner, savour European Christmas specialties in a three-or-four-course set menu at $58 and $68 per person.

For something a little different, the Jade puts on a modern Chinese feast in an elegant setting. Festive dinner set menus at $88 feature six course cuisine including baked christmas turkey with cheese accompanied by sliced peking duck and baked lobster and seafood soup with puff pastry.

Alternatively, celebrate at the Lighthouse with a four-course set lunch at $75 featuring pan-fried foie gras and challans duck amongst the many delicacies. Or indulge in a romantic eight-course set dinner featuring pan-fried foie gras, warm sea urchin, and turbot amongst the specialties. At $160, experience fine dining on this special evening, says the hotel.
