Airport Desk Manager Marie-Claire Steffen heads up a team of four airport concierges working on rotation to man the desk 24-hours, seven days a week.
The service will be further enhanced within the next couple of months when guests will have the ability to check into the hotel at the airport desk itself, thereby saving time on arrival at the hotel and giving them the opportunity to go directly to their rooms or straight to meetings.
