The InterContinental Jordan is Amman's largest hotel, with 450 rooms, including seven newly furnished suites and a royal suite.

The spa features the latest in state-of-the-art facilities with 14 cardiovascular machines, 20 weight training machines, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, sauna, fully equipped gymnasium, indoor lap pool, outdoor heated pool, private sun deck.

It offers a wide range of beauty services, from massages to facials, as well as slimming and "instant inch loss" programme, underwater massage, and aromatherapy.

The Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is located adjacent to the entrance of the world famous archaeological site of Petra, which dates back 9,000 years, and is and only steps away from the visitor's centre.

The hotel gives superb views of the dramatic Petra landscape from its pool terrace.

One of the resort's biggest assets are 31 completely renovated 'Hillside Chalets' tucked into the Petra rockface and overlooking the main entrance to the site.

The hotel offers a wide choice of food and beverage outlets including the Basin Restaurant located inside the Old City, the unique and unusual 'Cave Bar' built inside a Nabatean tomb.

The hotel is the perfect base for visitors to discover many of the country's most fascinating tourist attractions; including the nature reserves of Wadi Rum and Wadi Dana; the Neolithic village of Beidha and the Crusader Castle of Shobak.

The coral reefs of Aqaba, attracting divers from around the world, are just one-and-a-half hour's drive away.

For conferences and incentive programmes, it offers the Araba Meeting, as well as excellent outside catering services.

The 218-room Holiday Inn Amman is located in western Amman, off Madina Monawara Street, and has three internationally themed restaurants, a fitness centre, and outdoor swimming pool.

To accommodate business needs, there are three meeting rooms, a business centre, and banquet hall for up to 1,000 delegates.

With the best location in the heart of the bustling residential districts of Suweifiyah and Um Utheina, the Amra Hotel in Amman, which will become the Crowne Plaza Petra this month, features 279 superbly furnished rooms and executive suites.

The hotel features a European nightclub, a rooftop Moroccan restaurant, poolside grill restaurant, coffee shop and Vienna CafŽ restaurant.
