The Hotel Al Khozama in Riyadh has completed the first phase of a major refurbishment programme.
The hotel which is managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, is one of the preferred choices for businessmen travelling to the Saudi Arabian capital.
The facelift has included installation of new ceiling with strategically located spotlights in all rooms and suites on the third and fourth floors, and the suites have been enhanced with the addition of new furniture, carpet, wallpaper, curtain and lighting accessories.
"This is just a beginning where we have completed the renovation of rooms and suites on these two floors, and the project will continue to cover the renovation of all other rooms and suites," said hotel manager Hussein Hatata.
"The hotel entrance and its surrounding area has also been upgraded to resemble an oasis with a lush garden, maintaining its reputation as an ideal meeting place."
Alphy Johnson, the regional vice president of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, added: "It has always been our endeavour to reward our customers with the best available options be it is the just upgraded rooms or suites, a range of mouthwatering cuisine, the imported bathroom amenities or the best possible personalised services for which the Hotel Al Khozama is renowned for.
"We are committed to complete the refurbishment of all rooms by October 2003 when the Hotel Al Khozama celebrates its silver jubilee."
