Luxury hotel group Hilton International is set to open its newest resort destinations in Egypt.
The new Hilton Ras Sudr Resort is located in South Sinai on the Red Sea and is owned by Ahmed Abul Dahab, chairman of Ras Sudr International Tourism Company.
The Ras Sudr Resort features a 500m beach surrounded by lush gardens and offers 176 bungalow units and deluxe villas combining modern designs, comfort and dramatic views of the sea and mountains.
Besides the private beach, leisure facilities include swimming pools, mini golf, basketball and volleyball courts, a health club, sports centre and the largest marina on the Red Sea as well as a choice of games and billiard rooms.
A variety of restaurants and bars offer international and oriental dining while a discotheque makes it the ideal place for entertainment and relaxation, says the hotel.
"Hilton Ras Sudr Resort is two hours drive from Cairo and the prospect of an international airport will make it a prime resort destination in the international market," resort manager Osman Khairat.
Khairat brings with him years of experience from the Nile Hilton where he served for 20 years in a variety of managerial posts, the last being rooms division director.
