The Conrad Residence package was launched during the past month on a trial basis.
The package complements the existing bouquet of packages launched during the summer season in the Gulf market.
The hotel has subsequently witnessed a surge in customer bookings and an exceptionally high occupancy, achieving an increase of over 15 per cent of its Gulf market share.
Conrad has been voted as the preferred hotel for top businessmen in a survey conducted by Global Finance.
