Arlotti joins Four Seasons DohaFour Seasons Hotel Doha has appointed Marco Arlotti as chef de cuisine at the hotel’s Italian restaurant Il Teatro. Arlotti brings 14 years of international luxury hospitality experience with him. He joins from Four Seasons Hotel Milan, where he served as sous chef, overseeing two of the hotel’s signature restaurants.
