THE much-anticipated 180-suite Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore welcomed its first guests on May 7, 2013, following the successful debut of the first Pan Pacific Serviced Suites in Singapore in 2008 and subsequent openings in Bangkok, Thailand and Ningbo, China.

Strategically located close to the rich cultural districts of Haji Lane and Arab Street as well as the Marina Bay Central Business District, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road represents modern luxurious living at its finest.

Seamlessly translating hotel-style hospitality into an extended-stay experience, the S$100 million ($79 million) development offers discrete, uncomplicated service and enriching experiences to its extended-stay residents. The property comprises four suite categories ranging from the 45-sq m one-bedroom deluxe suite to the 66-sqm two-bedroom premium suite to suit every need. Each well-appointed serviced suite features tasteful furnishing, two LCD televisions, fully-equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities coupled with a personalised service delivery for an unmistakable Pacific touch, providing the perfect “home-away-from-home” experience.

“Extended stay travellers are unique in that they require the convenience of modern hotel facilities, while seeking the comfort and privacy of a home and access to local cultural immersion opportunities all while trying to cope with operating outside their comfort zone,” said Andrew Donadel, general manager. “As operators of hotels and serviced suites, Pan Pacific understands the unique nature and demands of these travellers and has adapted our hospitality expertise to create the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road offering to meet the needs of the extended stay market.”

As part of its full service offering, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road features a dedicated team of personal assistants (PAs), who are on call 24 hours a day to help connect residents to business and social networks as they settle into a new city. With the support from PAs, residents are able to go about their daily lives, with the comfort and knowledge of a dependable support group.

The property also boasts a host of lifestyle facilities from the cosy resident’s living room with a library and gaming corner equipped with an Xbox video game console. A state-of-the-art fitness centre and rooftop swimming pool complete the urban retreat experience.

In addition, residents enjoy a ‘made-to-order’ breakfast at the Pacific Lounge on weekdays that includes a buffet spread of western and local favourites.
