Rixos spreading its wings

RIXOS Hotels, a leading hospitality chain from Turkey, recently held a function celebrating its collaboration with a number of key investors from Egypt across multiple hotel projects.

The collaborations will facilitate the hotel group to continue its dynamic expansion across the country.

After making its entry in Sharm El Sheikh in October 2012, Rixos Hotels has now announced it would grow further through a number of projects spanning Egypt, including the country’s capital Cairo.

In Sharm El Sheikh, the brand operates a colossal property consisting of three resorts, one boutique hotel and 80 villas including what is said to be Sharm El Sheikh’s biggest spa.

At the event, Egypt’s Minister of Tourism Hisham Zaazou expressed his sincere appreciation for Rixos’s plans in the country, extending a warm welcome to the group as its continues to develop across different platforms to provide an outstanding experience to the world vacationers travelling to Egypt, according to a Rixos spokesman.

Rixos Hotels chairman Fettah Tamince said: “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to expand further our brand in one of the world’s most recognised and desired travel destinations. We are still finalising a number of projects and they all promise to offer spectacular services for all of those seeking to explore or revisit Egypt enjoying the Rixos art of hospitality”.
