Holidaymakers and business travellers throughout the Middle East are being offered big savings on their hotel budgets this summer by Sheraton Hotels across the region.
Sheraton hotels are offering special packages, which range from reduced room rates to extra nights at no charge, upgrades, food specials, free entertainment and many other attractions.
Topping the list is the Sheraton Royal Gardens in Egypt, which has special rates of $45 for a single or double room until June 30, exclusive of service charges and taxes. Breakfast is available for only $5 more.
There is more to the offer than just reduced accommodation. Guests can also take advantage of free transport and a special 10 per cent discount at Dream Park, 20 per cent discount on horse and camel riding in the Pyramids area, 15 per cent discount in all hotel restaurants, special discount on the Pyramids theatre tickets, 10 per cent off limousine rental in the hotel and five per cent off on laundry or dry cleaning services and long distance phone calls.
General manager Riad Loufti said the hotel's 'Summer Break' offer was an ideal opportunity to experience Egypt with great value for money.
Also typical of the special summer deals is the Sheraton-Amman Al Nabil Hotel & Towers promotion that offers single/double classic rooms at $108 inclusive of buffet breakfast until September 15.
Guests can also enjoy the hotel's special summer promotion at $143 for single/double room at the hotel's spacious Towers rooms located on the seventh and eighth floors overlooking the city with Internet access via television, butler service, complimentary breakfast, pressing of two garments on day of arrival, afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapes in the Towers Lounge.
Guests staying for a minimum of four nights at these rates get free airport pickup. All the above rates are subject to 5 per cent service charge and 3 per cent government tax.
The Sheraton Cairo HoteI has two summer specials on offer for suite accommodation running until September 14.
The first promotion is valid until July 14 and includes breakfast, service charge and taxes. Prices during this period range from $150 for a corner suite to $210 for a family or standard suite and $300 for an ambassador suite.
From July 15 to September 14, the corresponding rates are - corner suite $173, family and standard $233 and ambassador $323.
