The hotel which caters to business travellers and GCC families visiting Dubai, reported satisfactory occupancy last year with a 10 per cent increase in sales.
It expressed optimism over future growth despite the growing competition in the UAE and the region.
Princeton which is set to undergo a renovation programme next year, is located in the business district of Al Garhoud, a short distance from the prestigious Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, and just five minutes drive from the airport.
