Golden Tulip Oman showcases hotels at WTM

THIS year again, the Golden Tulip Hotels Oman participated with the Oman Tourism stand in WTM in London, one of the largest travel and tourism exhibitions in the world, considering the strategic presence of Oman in the emerging tourism map in the Middle East and North Africa.

Moukarzel, president of Golden Tulip Mena and Khalid Walid AL Zadjali the director of tourism events, Ministry of Tourism, Oman discussing the strong presence of hotel brand in the Sultanate as well as their plans for upcoming projects in Muscat and other regions to be announced in the 2013.

The Golden Tulip Hotels which is part of Louvre Hotel Group and owned by Starwood Capital comprises of seven prestigious hospitality brands with more than 1,000 hotels in 43 countries.

With more than 45 hotels in the Mena region, Golden Tulip is planning to expand to the market in 2012 and operate in many areas offering multiple possibilities for development, in addition to entering new countries such as Algeria and Georgia.

“Our aim for the 2013 is to open 10 new hotels and to promote destinations with the help of the Ministries of Tourism and it is with the dedication of our employees and their loyalty to our company that we grow and improve,” added Moukarzel.
