Consultants are drawing up plans to develop Bahrain as a regional hub for executive travel.
International aviation consultant John Davie believes that Bahrain International Airport (BIA) is poised for significant speciality air traffic growth and will surpass all other regional airports in capturing new-to-market business. Davie, who is UK-based Vector Management director, is spearheading plans to develop Bahrain Executive Air Service Company (BExAir), a new executive airline that will begin operating here this autumn. The $85 million project includes opening an executive terminal.
