EIBTM has announced that Lufthansa Airlines will once again provide competitive fares to all trade visitors and exhibiting personnel. Lufthansa, the lead supplier of flights for EIBTM is offering a comprehensive global route network linking Barcelona, Spain with over 200 cities around the world including Russia, Middle East and South Africa.
To book flights and receive special EIBTM rates, visit www.eibtm.com/travel, follow the dedicated booking link and enter the special access code DEJII in the “Access to Event Booking” area. Flights can booked directly from this site which will offer a discounted rate (typically 10 per cent off published fares) on the lowest available fare. EIBTM has also successfully secured competitive rates with 47 hotels for this year’s exhibition. There are 41 official (four and five-star) partnering hotels in Barcelona and a further six non-official partnering (four-star status) hotels. Rates range from €106 ($147) for the Ayre Hotel Gran Via adjacent to the venue, up to €339 ($469) for the Hotel Arts. A free shuttle bus service will operate between all official hotels, the airport and the venue.
