The WonderLand Theme & Water Park in Dubai, the region's premier all-round entertainment park, has unveiled 18 additional attractions, designed to cater to visitors of all ages.
The expansion project, valued at Dh10 million ($2.6 million), will bring an exciting range of rides and games to complement the park's existing facilities.
A top WonderLand official said that the new attractions had been developed to offer Dubai residents a fresh, new alternative in entertainment.
WonderLand general manager Adel Saqer said the park offers visitors a whole range of specially designed entertainment activities, including music shows, street entertainers, camel rides, skill games and painting competitions.
"With such incredible new features now added to the park's facilities, many of which are aimed at young, teenage visitors, we can now proudly state that WonderLand is the perfect family entertainment venue, offering more than 50 rides suited for every age group," Saqer said. One of the highly anticipated attractions at WonderLand is the fast and furious Terminator, an edge-of-the-seat ride that catapults 30 daredevil riders into every conceivable direction without warning at high speed.
