THE Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is now offering an additional unique function space, the Millenia Pavilion, an outdoor pavilion designed to offer optimal flexibility to large-sized groups, boasting more than 4,900 sq ft which can accommodate 240 guests in banquet style or up to 400 guests for theatre seating.

Since its unveiling, the space in its unique garden setting has already sparked much interest from guests with more than 20 advance bookings to date from social events to corporate meetings and wedding celebrations.

Guests are gracefully cocooned under a fully air-conditioned canopy, with seven overhead chandeliers. Bathed in natural daylight, the Millenia Pavilion (pictured left) sits in a botanical setting with glass windows overlooking the lush garden surroundings.

An outdoor wooden deck is the perfect venue for wedding solemnisations or pre-event cocktails. Situated adjacent to the hotel’s Chihuly Lounge, the Millenia Pavilion is easily accessible from the property’s main entrance.

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore also recently revealed the extensive transformation of its guest rooms in which all 608 rooms received a complete makeover with a new look and feel that epitomises sophistication, comfort, elegance and functionality.

Designed by Burega Farnell, the new rooms (pictured right) are tastefully redecorated, reflecting a timeless contemporary style set against modern essentials and, in line with the hotel’s strong commitment to energy efficiency, energy saving LED lights and bulbs have been used throughout the guest rooms in areas such as wardrobes, the bed cove, night stands, sofa uplighter, floor lamps and the honour bar.

The property is also the first hotel in the world to be furnished with wall-mounted 46-inch hospitality LED TVs.

The rooms have access to high-speed wireless internet and large work desks with built-in power points and multiple power sockets will prove invaluable for business visitors.

New black-out electrical roller blinds and daylight electrical Roman blinds provide guests with an option to take in the breathtaking views from their rooms or unwind in the cosy ambience when the blinds are drawn, further enhanced by the dual mood lighting system. Other new additions include the bedside master control for lights and blinds, lit-drawers within credenza cabinets, saflok key systems and Nepresso coffee machines in all club rooms and suites.

New white marble tile flooring, high-end water-conserving bath fixtures and LED lighting adorn the bathrooms. Other highlights include rain-showers, new microfibre bathrobes and anti-fog mirrors.
