QATAR favourite the Diplomatic Club is now welcoming residential guests in style with the launch of DC Hotel at Tower 44 in Doha‘s exclusive West Bay.

The Diplomatic Club, which opened in 2000, has long been a favourite with residents and visitors alike offering facility management services, banqueting, extensive food and beverage options, catering , leisure and wellness and water sports.

Now DC Hotel is offering all this to guests through the new property which occupies the 2nd to 44th floors of the tower and comprises 172 two- and three-bed apartments, the Coffee Shop and Terrace, for international cuisine, meeting facilities and a state-of-the-art leisure centre including swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms.

DC Hotel CEO Saad Hilal Saad Al-Mohannadi, who is also part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which owns both the Diplomatic Club and the new venture, said: “This is a very high-end, boutique property in the  premier location of West Bay.

“The quality of the fittings and the service are second to none and it is the only hotel in the area where guests can have access to the Diplomatic Club with all its facilities including meeting rooms and the beach, the club is only 10 minutes away.

“We aim to be a venue where VIP and high-profile guests can be offered a home-away-from-home concept in fully-equipped two- and three-bedroom units while at the same time having acess to the best of hotel-style services.

“Because of our association with the Diplomatic Club and the ministry we can also help arrange visas and, as a unique service to our VIP guests, we will offer acess to the VIP loung at Doha International Airport.“
